Our Purpose

Providing community, safe spaces & fun social activities for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and gender non-conforming people in the Bristol and outlying communities

Bristol Pride shall exist for the purpose of promoting the visibility of the LGBTQ+ community, educating society, honoring our heritage, and advocating for our culture, providing social and support activities for the members of the LGBTQ+ community to celebrate pride in themselves, their community, and shared history. Our mission is to highlight both the diversity and commonalities of humanity through facilitating an annual Bristol Pride event and related events throughout the year to server Bristol’s lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning (LGBTQ+) community members and encourage LGBTQ+ individuals, groups, and allies.
